Benefits Analyst (2005 – 2010)
Assisted in maintaining the benefits structure and processing for over 30,000 employees within the HR information System (PeopleSoft). Produced programs and reports to support the benefits department as well as the benefits programs. Provided systems support to the Senior Benefits Operations Manager.
· Performed administration of specific benefit HRIS maintenance and related projects, managing data with high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.
· Identified uncollected funds from health and welfare plans and implemented a solution for tracking data that saved corporation $40,000+ yearly.
· Supported HR management when US and Canadian benefits administration was outsourced. Scrubbed data, provided input to needed requirements, tested potential web applications, and ensured accuracy of payroll deductions from outsourcer and accuracy on final pay.
· Previewed and edited benefit related communication materials for print and web applications.
