Laura Littlecott is an HR professional with over 18 years of broad-based human resources generalist experience. Her industry experience includes energy, technology, financial services, healthcare and non-profit - with companies ranging in size from 6 to 900 employees. Her strengths include employee relations, policy development, performance management, training and professional development, compliance, benefits administration and compensation. Laura’s particular expertise is in the start-up of the HR function. She is dedicated to supporting organizational missions and objectives.

Laura holds a BA in Psychology from George Mason University as well as Professional in Human Resources certification. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Liz's experience began in 1992 as an Account Executive for a full service staffing and recruiting firm.
