Holly Renfrow is a Human Resources professional with over 10 years of diverse human
resources experience including organizational development, training, recruitment, and
retention. Through her many years of consulting, she has developed specific strengths
including a thorough understanding of non-profit organizations, strategic human resources
management, performance review processes, coaching managers and executives on employee
relations, and a demonstrated commitment to policy compliance. As a strategic planning
and market research consultant, she thrives on assisting organizations in the healthcare,
services, educational, and non-profit industries with human resources management.
Holly holds a BA in Psychology and Speech Communications from Whitworth College and a
Masters of Education in Human Resource Development at Xavier University. Holly continues
to appear as a guest professor at University of Cincinnati/Raymond Walters where she teaches
Organizational Development and Career Development. She is active on the Greater Cincinnati
Human Resources Association non-profit Board as their Professional Development Co-Chair.
Laura Cranston joins strategic HR, inc. with over five years of human resources management experience and a wealth of technology skills. She is a one of those unique individuals that can self teach herself how to do anything, whether it is technological or not. She is extremely resourceful and very self motivated to solve any problem for a customer. Her strengths include all aspects of recruitment, developing job descriptions, employee relations, performance management, and training. She has worked in the government sector, manufacturing, and service industries. Her experience is complimented by a Bachelors degree in Organizational Studies from Northern Kentucky University.
