Debbie Hatke, MA, PHR is a human resources, strategic planning and market research consultant assisting organizations in the healthcare, services, educational, and non-profit industries with human resources management, marketing communications, data analysis and competitive intelligence. With over 15 years of corporate and consulting experience, her expertise in the communications arena includes generalized business writing and documentation as well as a wide range of knowledge particularly focused on marketing communications including collateral materials, survey design, newsletters and brochures, report writing, email campaigns and website copy. In addition to her communications skills, Debbie utilizes her human resources, strategic planning and research background to assist clientele with generating, analyzing and presenting the information needed to make sound business decisions.
Debbie's extensive experience also includes process analysis, project management, training and recruiting. She is also knowledgeable in website administration and database design. Her expertise in data manipulation and analysis includes customer/performance feedback (including employee, management and governance), cultural assessment and manpower planning. Debbie holds a BS in Planning and a Master of Arts in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the national Human Resources Certification Institute. She is active on three non-profit Boards and has served as a Marketing consultant to students at Bowie Statue University in Maryland through a "virtual" relationship.
