Summary:
SNAAC has been growing by double digits for the past 3 years and our HR team is a vital resource in continuing! This Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist is focused on staffing our key front line departments including Customer Service, Collections, Contract Processing and our professional staff. The position will also be involved in various projects and corporate culture activities involving research, planning, development and execution. Workload averages about 80% talent acquisition and 20% generalist related special projects.
The Daily Activities of this role include the following.....
•Actively uses sourcing methods both traditional and non-traditional to find the very best talent!
•Active involvement and association with military job placement organizations.
•Works with current sourcing networks and identifies new networks such as social media for great talent.
•Represents SNAAC to create a local hiring presence at job fairs, community functions, and other venues related to recruiting.
•Full Scope Talent Acquisition from scheduling Interviews, phone screening, formal interviewing, screening, testing and final offer.
•Handles all administrative pieces for hiring including but not limited to applicant tracking, applicant files, reference checks, performance / tenures status, etc.
•Provides concise and accurate HR metrics for job function including using anlaytics to target talented candidates.
•Assists HR Manager / Management on special projects as needed.
•Functions as a HR team plyers and acts with utmost integrity and discretion regarding HR matters at all times.
•Designs and administers Company Newsletter.
•Provides lunch coverage to front desk.
•Other activities as directed by supervisor.
