Reporting to the Director, Strategic Learning & Workforce Effectiveness, this position will lead the process for integrating the annual strategic plan for growth and development of Mercy Health’s Central Division leaders, and ensure alignment with Catholic Health Partners’ long-range plan. We will rely on you for all tactical and administrative functions for associated leadership development initiatives as well as leading our diversity initiatives including divisional diversity councils (cultural steering committees for Southwest Ohio facilities and Community Mercy Health Partners in Springfield, Ohio).
Job Requirements
. Bachelor’s degree
. 4-8 years experience in a related area
. Strong process improvement and project management skills
. Ability to lead and direct the work of others
. Strategic and organizational agility, political savvy and a wide degree of
creativity and latitude
. Strong community relationships within the Cincinnati area
