PHR Certified HR Professional I have 12+ years experience in the manufacturing industry, inclusive of the automotive industry, small business and a publicly traded organization. I am an outgoing, self-starter, who strives for excellence and is willing to take on any new task. Over the course of my 10+ year career in Human Resources, I have progressed from a trainer, up through the ranks of a human resource generalist, while completing DDI training, earning a Bachelor's Degree and training certification, as well as my PHR. I am constantly taking on new challenges, while always eagerly looking for the next challenge. I have worked in most every facet of human resources: training and development, payroll and benefits administration, WC/UI, staffing and recruiting, leave administration, and employee relations. A few of my accomplishments: the successful development of an OSHA (federal) compliant training program; development and implementation of an employee handbook, company policies and procedures; research and presentation of employee benefits/insurance cost savings, sole responsibility for staffing and recruitment; and many other endeavors have equipped me with the necessary skills to be a successful HR generalist or HR manager. In addition, I have experience with QS and ISO management systems, internal auditing, and many other aspects relevant to manufacturing in alignment to a given set of standards.
